Caffeine Detox. Day 2

Well, I’m at the end of day 2 of my caffeine detox. It hasn’t been horrible, although the migraines really kicked in sometime around 3:30 am. somehow, I have been able to hold back their severity by drinking large amounts of water.
I have also been careful to get ‘enough’ sugar, as I don’t need to go into carb withdrawal at the same time….
I guess the constant headaches and strange tingling of my entire body hasn’t been too bad, I just hope it doesn’t get much worse, I read somewhere that day 4 is the worst. If that’s true that sucks.
We will see…

exercise and sweating also helps eliminates toxins out of the body. aside from taking regular detox diets you should also add exercise to your detox routines.
